I’m a reporter for NJ Advance Media covering Bergen County.
What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is that every day is different.
What made you choose journalism?
I chose journalism basically because I loved to write, but Dr. Cole, my intro professor, drove home the importance of the mission of journalism, of holding the powerful accountable, of being accurate and fair.
Tell us about the importance of getting involved in student media at TCNJ.
From there, I joined The Signal. I can’t stress how important it was to get hands-on practice at the craft of journalism at the paper. I wouldn’t have a career without that opportunity.
