Kimberly Krupa, Ph.D., is currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer for the Community Action Program Committee-Pensacola where she drives efforts to expand the scale, sustainability, and reputation of the CAPC organization within Escambia County and northwest Florida. Working with internal and external constituents, she shapes her organization’s brand identity, enhances the visibility of programs and services, expands strategic partnerships and takes a data-driven approach to strategy and programs.

“I tell everybody this,” said Krupa. “Journalism and professional writing are the gifts that keep on giving. I call it my superpower. And it all goes back to TCNJ, where I learned how to read better, write better and speak so people could hear me. I learned to edit stories for maximum appeal. I discovered the art of page layout, graphic design, data visualization – even speechwriting. In my time, the digital universe was new. Fast forward 20 years and I credit my undergraduate experiences with giving me the tools to stay fresh, stay engaged and be open to constant learning and relearning.”
