Lauren (Gurry) Laner has been the Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations at Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey (GSNNJ) since October 2017. In this position, Laner manages the organization’s grant management strategy, from funder prospecting through program evaluation and reporting. She also represents GSNNJ to professional organizations and corporations to establish partnerships. Prior to joining GSNNJ, Lauren held corporate marketing positions at SiriusXM and Wyndham Destinations, where she managed email and direct marketing campaigns and focused on subscriber engagement.
Laner is certified by the Direct Marketing Association as a direct marketing professional and earned a mini-MBA with a digital marketing concentration through Rutgers Business School’s Executive Education program. Lauren graduated magna cum laude from TCNJ where she earned a BA in Professional Writing and Journalism, minored in Marketing and Communications, and completed the college’s honors program.
