O’Donnell manages all internal/employee communications and engagement events for Comcast Business in Philadelphia. His role includes developing communications plans and strategy for Comcast’s employee population, crafting leadership messaging, changing management, planning/activating employee events, and partnering with HR, Talent, and Operations on all initiatives associated with the employee experience.
