Adjunct Office: KE222 – Schedule times with Kay. This is a shared space for all adjuncts.
-
-
- We also have a desk in the main office you may feel free to use.
-
Photocopying: If you do not already have a code to use, please contact Kay. Our copier is in the workroom, attached to the main office, KE235.
-
-
- While faculty generally copy their own course materials and we encourage a green footprint with the use of PDF’s, we are available for additional support.
- Any copy requests should be sent to Kay at least 4 business days in advance.
-
Mail and Mailbox: You will find a mailbox in the work room (attached to the main office, KE237).
Please check your mailbox each class day as some communications within a School will be printed and distributed.
Email, however, remains the official communication medium of the College, and your TCNJ email should be used for all student communications.
Proctoring: Generally, this is not handled by the main office. Make every effort to be present for any needed make-up assessments/meetings.
Masks: We keep a small supply of masks in the department work room. See cabinet labels for location.

PARKING & FACULTY ID
Please note that this information is fluid. The parking website has the most updated information, should you need to obtain both your ID and parking decal.
Parking Policy
In order to receive a parking decal, new employees must provide information to Parking Services in order to register their vehicle.
-
-
- The parking portal is here: Vehicle Registration
-
You should print the temporary parking permit. If the permit expires prior to the receipt of your new parking decal, you will need to obtain a new temporary pass from the Campus Police department located in the Administrative Services Building.
TCNJ Faculty ID: To obtain an ID card, new employees should email IDCARDS@TCNJ.edu a photo from just above their head to just below their shoulders.
The background can only be solid white or off white. No hats, scarves or tilting of the head.
-
-
- You will be advised to pick up your new TCNJ ID at Green Hall.
-
We suggest contacting the Office of Student Accounts before the semester starts to be sure you are registered in their system. Their telephone number is 609-771-2172, and their email address is stuaccts@tcnj.edu.
-
-
- Returning faculty may continue to use their current ID and parking decal.
